Inside the Teenage Brain Reflection
I thought that the documentary, "Inside the Teenage Brain" was very insightful. I felt as though I could relate to some of the kids in the video. The information on sleep was especially interesting to me. I often feel like I am tired all the time, and now I might know why. Our bodies and brains our changing so much that we need a lot of sleep. However, since our brains are not fully developed our sleep patterns are often thrown off. There are a lot of changes and developments that our brain goes through during our adolescent years. These changes are vital for us to fully develop as adults. If we don't develop properly within these years we can permanently be effected as adults. With proper sleep and if we take care of our bodies,our brains will hopefully develop to their fully capabilities.
